• Rates are based on double occupancy 
• Single occupancy is $5 less nightly 
• Extra person(s) are $20 each nightly 
• Payment by personal check, travelers checks and VISA/MasterCard 
• Smoking allowed in designated outside areas only

• Two night minimum on most weekends 
• Three night minimum on most holiday weekends 
• Standard check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 9:30 pm (EST) 
• Check-out time is not later than 11:00 am 
• use of parking and common area facilities is okay after checking out 
• Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% 
• We make every effort to honor specific room requests
• All cancellations are subject to a $15 charge for processing refunds 
• Cancellations and any change in a reservation on less than 10 days advance notice result in loss of the deposit unless all cancelled room nights are re-rented.
